Flash point tester
The fully automatic closed cup flash point tester is mainly used for petroleum products. This instrument is controlled by a 7-inch high-definition color Android LCD touch screen. The operation interface can be switched between Chinese and English as needed. It adopts an intelligent temperature control algorithm to precisely control the heating curve and has functions such as automatic ignition, display, automatic locking of the flash point value, automatic printing, and automatic cooling. The instrument has the advantages of accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable and reliable performance, and simple operation. It is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection, research and other fields.
Working principle
The instrument is heated according to the temperature rise curve specified in the GB/T 261-2021 method. When the temperature approaches the expected flash point value, it automatically ignites. When a flash point is detected, the instrument automatically locks the result, displays and prints it, and simultaneously starts the fan to automatically cool the heater.
